I struggled for years with my weight.

Constantly in a cycle of gaining and losing.

Pulled off track by my love for food, socialising, the pressure of eating my parent’s cooking (always with second helpings) and my lack of knowledge of what is the right way to diet.

I never wanted my clients to feel the feelings that I felt so I decided to make sure this became a reality.

After years of PT and online coaching, there was a missing link for the South Asian clients I worked with.

Nobody was teaching them how to eat their South Asian food and get in shape.

They were told to take out the curries and chapati to get in shape.

It always caused them to regain their weight – they didn’t have the education to understand how to manage it.

It became my personal mission to remove this stigma.

Over The Years I Have Used My Personal Experience, Research And Years Of Coaching South Asian Clients To Be Able To Give The Clients Amazing Results And Help Them Stay In Shape Forever.

Can I Really Eat South Asian Food On The Diet?

Absolutely, 99% of our client eat the traditional foods either making it themselves or eating with their families.

We will teach you the best strategy to keep these included throughout..

BUT it’s not an absolute must for every meal – most people tend to eat traditional foods 2-4 times per week and the rest varied cuisines.

We have a minimum commitment period of 3 months, but you we aim to make sure that after the first phase we take you through our unique 6 phases to forever methods to ensure you keep the results for life.

You and your coach will custom build your plans to ensure that the amount that you exercise will be:

a.) something that can be achieved and consistently

b.) easy for you to manage

c.) relative to your goal

All workout routines and timings will be discussed on your onboarding call with your coach to make sure it’s completely suitable.

Our goal is to get you started ASAP, after all the admin is done, we’ll introduce you to your coach and get started.

The majority of our clients are UK, the US, Kenya and Australia.

We have coaches around the world to be on hand with the support on very similar timezones to you.

Absolutely, your workout program will be designed personally for you therefore you can workout wherever you want to. You and your coach will decide the best plan of action whether that’s at home, gym or sports based.
